Get your game on at this Burbank hidden gem!

I’ve lived in Burbank for almost two years now, and one of my favorite places to bring people isn’t Universal Studios or the Hollywood Walk of Fame, it’s actually a nondescript repurposed office space called Geeky Teas. 

Geeky Teas is the game lover’s paradise. Whether it’s role playing games like Dungeons and Dragons, deck building games like Magic The Gathering, something classic like Chess, or something new like Cryptid. 

For $8 per person, you get all-day access to their extensive inventory of board games. And let me tell you, it’s extensive. But fear not! The employees at Geeky Teas are game nerds themselves, and play pretty much every game that comes through the door. Some of the best experiences I’ve had were when I went in and just asked whoever was working the desk what their favorite game at the moment was. (This was how I was introduced to Quarto!)

Looking for something to do with a large group? Consider renting one of their themed rooms to elevate your gameplay!

This has become one of my favorite spots in Burbank, and is my go-to for a cheap date night!
